Yateley students are celebrating outstanding results in their A Level, BTEC and CACHE courses for 2024!
The Sixth Form’s strong track record has once again been maintained, with this year’s outcomes matching the excellent standard achieved over the past three years. Results have improved upon 2023 grades.
These excellent results mean that Yateley students are, once again, exceptionally well positioned to secure their chosen destinations – whether that be higher education, training, or employment. Each year, a significant number of Yateley students progress to university, with many securing places on highly competitive degree courses
Headline results from our Sixth Form students:
- 18.8% of students achieving A to A* (or equivalent)
- A*-C 69.8%%
- A* – B 42.6%
Destinations of our Sixth Form students:
- 93% of students attend their first choice of university
- Students staying in employment or education: 95%
- Students going to HE: 84%
- Students to top 1/3 HE institutions: 28%
- Students staying in employment: 5%
- Students in Apprenticeships: 5%
- Students not in education/employment: 0%
Our ALPS Score for 2024:
ALPS (A-level Performance System) is a system that allows schools to get a measure of the value they add to a pupil’s A level performance compared to what might be expected of them following their previous academic performance at GCSE.
