What is MCAS?

MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is an online portal for parents that enables them to view their child’s performance at school in real-time via the MCAS app or a web browser.

MCAS allows the child’s attendance, grades, homework, assessment, exams, timetable, class list, behaviour, reports and announcements to be accessed whenever the parent/carer wants, 24/7. As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides general information about school, such as the school calendar and any important announcements.

When should I contact the school?

You did not get the email to register for the app, and/or you have tried to reset your password here.
You believe your email address or contact details are not correct
You cannot see all of your children who attend Yateley School in the app  
If any of these cases apply and you have used the links at the top of this page, parents should email admin@yateley.hants.sch.uk.  
Please be patient as we resolve queries.  
We are likely to have a significant of administration as we create over 3,000 accounts!
There are behavioural events for your child that you did not expect.
Your child’s attendance seems slightly incorrect
You wish to change your child’s photo from the default image shown
You need help working the app
There are features within the app that are not enabled
The app won’t install, crashes or freezes
