The History department aims to provide students with both an international and British understanding of how the past has shaped the present. In doing so, students will develop the ability to present and defend an historical argument using sound reasoning and logic.

3D PD encourages student creatively, converting ideas into the products and services that we all need and use every day of our lives. It's a creative subject involving designing, making and innovating for improvement.

Art students become confident and creative learners who can work independently and develop their own personal ideas as we focus on developing creative thinking and problem solving!

The biology department aims to equip our students with an understanding of the natural world and their place within it in the hope they can be instrumental in preserving biodiversity for future generations.

The chemistry department aims to nurture students to have an understanding of how society makes decisions about scientific issues and how science contributes to the success of the economy and society as a whole.

In Drama our students to develop their ability and independence to work creatively as theatre makers to apply their in-depth understanding of specific drama styles.

Photography students at Yateley School will be creative, enthusiastic, independent learners who don’t shy away from a challenge, enjoy problem solving and ooze creativity in their thinking!

In PE you'll study applied anatomy and physiology, Skill acquisition, Sport and society, Exercise physiology and biomechanics, Sport psychology and Sport and society and technology in sport.
A-Level – Psychology
The psychology curriculum will enable our learners to value the importance of Psychological research and will promote an awe-driven curiosity of the human body and mind.
